SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most
orders are shipped within 72 hours via USPS, insured, within the
continental United States and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico or anywhere outside of the United States. If your order was placed
on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday it will not be processed until the
next business day. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost.

As a
courtesy, KnR Plaques will allow the use of your company’s carrier and
account number. Please note there will be a 20% handling fee to process
your order.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY *
KnR’s
free shipping policy* applies to orders for plaque orders $99.00 or more
and is only valid in the continental United States and does not include
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside the United States. We
ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS and
cannot
be held liable for delayed or lost packages.
*Your
order needs to total $99.00 or more of awards. If you add items to your
order that do not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged for the
shipping on those items based on the weight of the product. You cannot
combine our free shipping offer with any other offers.
Shipping
charges are determined based on item weight and final destination, as
calculated by USPS.

Plaques will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or
lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they
cannot
be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost,
or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays
or any other uncontrollable events. If a deadline is missed due to our
carrier (USPS) all shipping cost will be refunded in full.
What do I do if I
receive damaged or misengraved items?
To place a claim on
damaged or misengraved item, please contact our Customer Service
Department at 1-516-690-7725. However,
in the event there is any damage to your
package and the content within during transit, KnR Plaques will not be
held liable for any replacements due to damage occurred in transit.
Client will be responsible for filing a claim with carrier. We also
suggest that if using your own carrier and or account number that you
insure your package, in the event of damage.

strives to provide high quality custom products, superior customer
service, and fast delivery on all of our services. Please contact us
for a replacement within fifteen (15) days if the item you receive is
broken or damaged in anyway, or if we have made an error in fulfilling
your order. Items that were damaged during transit are explained under
Shipping. If you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase from KnR Plaques, please feel free to
return your item for a replacement within fifteen (15) days of the
purchased date. Please note: All engraved plates, plaques, acrylics or
glass items are non refundable.
Can I return an
item(s) for refund?
Absolutely no
merchandise may be returned for Credit, Refund or Replacement unless
our written permission is obtained in advance. A Merchandise Return
Authorization (MRA) form must accompany all returns. There will be a 20%
restocking fee on all items accepted for return plus Please contact our
Customer Service Department for any claims at 1-516-390-7725 (est)
(eastern standard time). Please note: Engraved medals, plaques and
acrylics as well as any custom item(s) cannot be returned for credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please know if
you place an order and then cancel within 24 hours after approving your
final proof, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All engraved
plates, plaques, acrylics or glass items are non refundable.
When placing
an order we require an event date to be entered. This date is used to
ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping
policy. If our customer services representatives notice the wrong
shipping method was selected, as a courtesy you may be notified by the
next business day. If this occurs you will then be able to leave your
shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a priority which will meet your
deadline.
FAQ
What is the
average turn-around time?
We will try our best to provide you with your item(s) within 48-72 hours
after the final proof has been approved. However, if an item is
specially ordered for you for us to engrave, please remember the
delivery time will be slightly delayed since the item will be shipped
from the manufacturer and we have no control over this. Of course, we
will notify you for instructions and how we should proceed.
What is the
average turn-around time for custom products? (i.e. patches, lanyards)
3-6 weeks depending on the product.
When will I
receive a proof?
A proof will be send via email or fax
within 48 hours. If
the Graphic Artist is unable to use the logo an email will be sent
within 24 hours requesting a better or different logo.
Please note: we will not be able to
process your order until we receive your response via email. Therefore,
your delivery date/shipping will be delayed. We are not responsible for
unanswered/not received emails and cannot process any order without your
reply.
What is the
best format for a logo?
JPEG in the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred).
Preferably in
black and white.
How much is
each additional character (over pre-given limit)?
No extra charge.
How do I
receive a quote?

Can you
engrave items not purchased from your store?
